Surya and Gitanjali are sensible faculty college students. Surya falls in love with Gitanjali at first sight. Ajay is a spoilt brat and is the son of native M.L.A. Abinash. Ajay likes Gitanjali and thus proposes to her. When Gitanjali refuses, Ajay threatens that he'll leap from the school roof high. Being a meek woman, Gitanjali accepts the proposal and begins courting Ajay. In the meantime, Surya proposes to Gitanjali. Within the presence of Gitanjali's boyfriend Ajay, Gitanjali refuses. However Surya does not but to surrender on her as he feels that Gitanjali does not love Ajay really.
