Palthu Janwar is a refreshing tackle the relation between people and home animals. The film sketches the lifetime of Prasoon, an animator by occupation, who with little curiosity is pressured to take up the federal government job of a Veterinary Livestock inspector as a compassionate appointment following his father`s dying. The film takes us by way of the enjoyable stuffed happenings that awaits Prasoon in his office.
