Raajkumar Kakkar, a poor younger man who resembles Rana Shantidas, a rich man, impersonates him and enjoys his credit score to have all amenities. He falls in love with Shanti, a wealthy lady and discloses his true id. The wealthy father refuses to just accept him, however Shanti marries him. Rana Shantidas, who's in truth being blackmailed by his minister, swaps locations with Raajkumar. The latter finds himself the goal of a bloody pot. He, nevertheless, boldly fights in opposition to all odds to assist Rana Shantidas do away with the blackmailing Diwan.
