Poikkal Kudhirai is a 1983 Tamil-language Indian comedy function movie directed by Okay. Balachander and produced by Kalaivani. Starring Viji and Raveendran, the movie had Ramakrishna and lyricist Vaali making their appearing debuts. Kamal Haasan appeared in a visitor position. Poikkal Kudhirai was based mostly on Loopy Mohan's play Marriage Made in Saloon.
