Ravi Teja performs a younger man determined to develop into a police officer, who turns into embroiled in a plot to pose as his lookalike in an effort to re-capture an notorious thug from rogue cops. The movie revolves round two related wanting individuals, Baldev Sahay - a corrupt ACP in Kolkata and Tirupathi - an individual aspiring to develop into a police officer in Hyderabad. The house minister of Kolkata recruits Tirupathi to play as Baldev to catch a gangster rescued by Baldev.
