Rana Mahednra Pratap Garewal (Mukesh Khanna) is a rich businessman alongside together with his brother Vishwa (Dalip Tahil). They're each good mates with Brijnath (Paresh Rawal) who shouldn't be as rich. Rana's youthful sister Madhu (Madhuri Dixit) is an efficient buddy of Brijnath's youthful brother Raja (Sanjay Kapoor).
