When a collection of unexplained vicious animal assaults strikes his neighborhood, Sheriff Jim Tanner and his assistant Barbara hint them again to a Dr. Hyde, a former navy researcher whose authorities funding for a dinosaur cloning venture was reduce. When the Pentagon discovers Hyde obtained international backing to proceed his experiments, they ship in a strike group to avoid wasting Tanner and Barbara and cease Hyde.
