A gaggle of hard-up low degree criminals are despatched into an enormous deserted college constructing to fetch stolen items for the native kingpin. Sadly for them, the constructing is inhabited by the unhinged caretaker Joe and his tremendous sturdy man-child bodyguard Sunny. One after the other the criminals are picked off in more and more grotesque methods. Heads roll, blood splatters, and gore slops as Sunny tears by the gang like tissue paper. Who will survive and what will probably be left of them?
