Rocky is a goon from Mumbai of India. He does something for cash undoubtedly. He's on a mission and always runs away from the Mumbai police. Rocky reaches Kashmir and meets Nandini, he falls in love together with her. Rocky rescues Nandini whereas being kidnapped by some terrorists.
