Whereas ready at Attari Railway Station circa 1968, Rajveer Singh and his spouse, Amrit Kaur, recall the turbulent years of partition, how they fled from their hometown in Lahore, and of being separated from their solely son, Ehsaan. They arrive close to Amritsar and take over the vacant home of Pervez Shahbudin - with it is lone occupant, a male baby, left behind by his mother and father. Amrit will get to undertake him after Rajveer is unable to find his mother and father, they usually name him Ehsaan - who quickly grows as much as excel in research and sports activities. On a visit to Kashmir, he meets with and falls in love with Chandni moderately dramatically, and is overjoyed to be taught that she is also from Amritsar.
