Neela and Avinash are medical college students, and are attracted to one another. However Avinash is poor and desires Neela to dwell a snug life. When Neela, who tutors Monto Kappor, meets his elder businessman brother, Shekhar, he immediately falls in love together with her. He goes to suggest marriage together with her and meets her brother.
