Chilly-hearted and manipulative Kamla has fallen in love with a poor man and marries him and has a baby named Santosh. She quickly realizes that life just isn't enjoyable residing in poverty, and abandons her baby and husband, and returns again to her father and his wealth. She re-marries millionaire Kailashpathi, and has a baby named Kundan from him. Years move by, Kundan and Santosh have each grown up. Kundan is the proprietor of the mill together with his mother, whereas Santosh is a struggling mill employee, and a union employee. A confrontation ensues between the mill and the employees, and Kamla is ready to negotiate a settlement and get the employees again to work, however fails to maintain the promise. Santosh opposes this, and she or he units her goons and Kundan in opposition to him. Santosh is kidnapped and held prisoner by Kamla and Kundan, and the one approach he might be launched is when he compromises with them.
