19-year-old Eric, smug and ultra-violent, is prematurely transferred to the identical grownup jail facility as his estranged father. As his explosive mood rapidly finds him enemies in each jail authorities and fellow inmates — and his already unstable relationship together with his father is pushed previous breaking level — Eric is approached by a volunteer psychotherapist, who runs an anger administration group for prisoners. Torn between gang politics, jail corruption, and a glimmer of one thing higher, Eric finds himself in a struggle for his personal life, not sure if his personal father is there to guard him or take part punishing him.
