Indrani (Indu) Sinha (Raakhee) is the eldest youngster within the Sinha family, consisting of her aged and sick father, Chandranath (A.Ok. Hangal); two youthful sisters and a youthful brother. She loves Dr. Sagar Varma (Parikshat Sahni), who takes care of her ailing dad, and hopes to marry her quickly. His mom approves of Indu, however would love her to depart everthing behind, and take care of her son and the family, which isn't acceptable to Indu. Misfortune visits the Sinha family and Chandranath passes away, leaving the whole responsiblity of the family on Indu's shoulders. She decides to open a faculty for youngsters, and her siblings assist her. She refuses Sagar's provide of dwelling at his home. Sagar and Indu determine to marry after the kids develop up and are properly settled.
