Raj Dixit lives together with his youthful brother, Rahul, who's disabled, each mentally and bodily, from delivery. Raj can also be employed full-time, and after work, has the duty of taking care of Rahul, which leaves him no time for himself. His stunning neighbor, Suman Gupta, is drawn to him, however he regards her as a good friend solely. When Mr. Khanna introduces him to his niece, Madhuri, each immediately falls in love. The one drawback is that Madhuri will solely marry Raj, if Rahul is institutionalized.
