The movie is a Hindi remake of the 1980 American movie The Blue Lagoon. As youngsters, their dad and mom Mithun and Parveen journey via the ocean, and their ship is stranded on an island on account of heavy storm. The dad and mom die, and the cousins are left to outlive on the island on their own. They're later accompanied by an ape Kalu, who turns into their pet. They must survive harsh local weather, and the cannibal individuals on the island. After 20 years of looking out, their grandfather Parikshit Sahni, succeeds find them on the island. He has been trying to find them since 20 years, accompanied by his youthful brother Prem Chopra. When he finds them, Prem Chopra tries to kill Parikshit, however all of them survive, and Parikshit takes them again to town.
