Ellis French is a younger, homosexual Black man, rejected by his mom and with few choices for his future, decides to affix the Marines, doing no matter it takes to achieve a system that may forged him apart. However at the same time as he battles deep-seated prejudice and the grueling routines of primary coaching, he finds sudden camaraderie, power, and help on this new group, giving him a hard-earned sense of belonging that may form his id and eternally change his life.
