The Prince is the story of the opposite aspect of a Mafia household. Jeeva (Mohanlal), son of a Don (Girish Karnad), falls in love with Swarna, daughter of a well-known Carnatic singer named Vishwanath. He hides the reality of his household background from her to win her love. However then one advantageous day she involves know and shocked past disbelief, makes use of silence as her weapon to convey him to admit his state of affairs.
