Sudan, East Africa, 1980. A workforce of Israeli Mossad brokers plans to rescue and switch hundreds of Ethiopian Jews to Israel. To take action, and to keep away from elevating suspicions from the inquisitive and ruthless authorities, they set up as a canopy a faux diving resort by the Pink Sea.
