David Cuevas is a household man who works as a gangland tax collector for prime rating Los Angeles gang members. He makes collections throughout town along with his companion Creeper ensuring individuals pay up or will see retaliation. An outdated menace returns to Los Angeles that places all the things David loves in hurt’s means.
