A North Indian couple, of their early 60s, at their mountain retreat. Their son has simply gotten married, a reception has ended and all of the friends have left. She chooses this second to inform her husband that she is leaving. What follows is an infinite day: the avalanche of this long-gathering determination and what it means to a decades-long relationship.
