Katthi Seenu (Nikhil Siddharth) is a carefree and brash teenager from Tirupati, who lives together with his sister (Hema) and her husband (Krishna Bhagavaan). An opportunity assembly with Love Kumar (Ali) leads him to Bheemavaram, the place he comes throughout Meghana (Pooja Bose). It's love at first sight for Seenu however Meghana doesn't reciprocate his emotions. Because the story progresses, it's revealed that Meghana has a previous that's linked to the infamous don Liquor Shankar (Sayaji Shinde) and a jailed convict Das (Suman). They begin pursuing Meghana and it's now as much as Seenu to step in as her saviour.
