In a small city in California, the quiet residents discover their lives disrupted by boisterous, lawless oil-field employees who've infested their neighborhood. One resident, Ben Arnold, enlists his brother Aaron, a Vietnam veteran, to assemble a bunch of males to revive regulation and order to the city. Although Aaron's crew succeeds, the newfound energy goes to a few of their heads, and Aaron and Ben should once more reclaim the city for the residents.
