Walkout is the true story of a younger Mexican American highschool trainer, Sal Castro. He mentors a gaggle of scholars in East Los Angeles, when the scholars resolve to stage a peaceable walkout to protest the injustices of the general public college system. Set towards the background of the civil rights motion of 1968, it's a story of braveness and the battle for justice and empowerment.
