What does a retired police officer, a canine coach, the founding father of a political get together and anti-government protesters have in widespread? They've all met on the streets of Bucharest, 23 years after the Romanian Revolution, decided to reclaim the general public house. Vlad Petri is following their tales for one 12 months, from the primary days of the anti-government protests to the ultimate days of the Referendum towards the President. The movie raises questions in regards to the position of the general public house, the ability of the person and the understanding of democracy in a society caught between a communist previous and an unsure future.
