Architect and Poet Salim Ahmed Salim lives in Nizamuddin, India, alongside along with his widowed mom. He re-locates to Lucknow the place he's employed with Shirazi & Firm. He instructs her to not go away the home, and when she persists, he sells the home and decides to re-locate to Lahore, Pakistan. Salim makes an attempt to cease them however Hamid assaults him and leaves him mindless. Salim does get well however takes to alcohol and a Courtesan named Phoolrani in a giant manner. His mom intervenes, and compels him to get married to their new neighbor's daughter, Sahira, which he reluctantly does. Now trapped in a wedding with a girl he doesn't love, Salim continues to frequent Phoolrani's brothel, with hopes of being re-united along with his estranged sweetheart - solely to seek out that the seemingly demure Sahira is not going to let go of him that simply.
